An Online Magazine or an Event
regarding handicrafts may be registered soon after a request in writing
(A fax, message or an e-mail) is received, but an Artisan's or an
Organisation's registration
is subject to the following terms and procedure;
I. QUALIFICATION
There are numerous artisans, handicrafts producers and other organisations
related with the handicrafts on the world, but due to interest and
convenience of the prospective visitors, only limited no. of
artisans/organisations accross the globe
will be listed.
The HANDICRAFTS
MARKETPLACE Web-Site Administration reserves the right to include the
selected artisans/organisations based on information
- from
sources that are considered reliable by the Administration,
- from
artisans'/organisations' web-sites or
- provided
directly by the artisans/organisations.
The information
(news, events,
sales, etc)
sent by the
selected artisans/organisations
may be
e-published free of charge provided that there are web pages in the
artisans'/organisations' web-sites providing the relevant details to which
links may be provided from the HANDICRAFTS MARKETPLACE Web-Site.
II.
APPLICATION
All artisans/organisations which are willing to be registered in the
HANDICRAFTS MARKETPLACE Web-Site may
apply via E-MAIL
or fax (to 00.90.216.330 51 60)
and provide the following information to be included in the lists;

The
name and full adress of the Artisan or the Organisation with the identification of the
Contact Person,
-
The URL identification (provided that it is available, if not further
details to evaluate incorporation in the web-site may be requested),
- Any
information that may be deemed appropriate by the artisans/organisations.
The HANDICRAFTS MARKETPLACE Web-Site Administration may notify the Applicant within a reasonable period after receipt
of the applicant’s e-mail or fax (after review of the the data
provided) about the registration. It should be noted that the HANDICRAFTS
MARKETPLACE Web-Site Administration reserves the right to accept or reject
an application to their discretion without being obliged to state a
reason in case of a rejection.
III.
VALIDITY PERIOD
& MODIFICATION IN THE LISTS
The lists shall be valid and links to the selected artisans'/organisations'
web-sites may be
provided as long as the HANDICRAFTS MARKETPLACE is operational. The
information may be modified based on a new information
that may be provided by the interested parties.
The lists and the links shall be based on information the HANDICRAFTS
MARKETPLACE Web-Site Administration obtains and they may not be held responsible for any
inconvenience, loss and consequential damage that a visitor, an artisan or
an organisation may suffer due to use of a link or an information on the
HANDICRAFTS MARKETPLACE Web-Site as specified in the
TERMS of USE page. The HANDICRAFTS
MARKETPLACE Web-Site Administration
undertakes to review further information and modify the lists and the links in case
additional data
to do so are forwarded via
E-MAIL or fax (to 00.90.216.330 51 60).
